I was just trying to order a couple of kitchen things, like a spatula and some storage containers, while I had coffee going in the background, and the checkout page kept freezing right after I entered my card info. I refreshed it twice, then suddenly my cart looked a little different and the shipping cost had changed too. For a minute I couldn’t tell if the order had gone through or not. Super frustrating, and I ended up just giving up. The site really needs to run a lot smoother than that.

"Wish I hadn’t bothered with the warranty"
I bought a pan set from Kitchen Collection, and after just a few months one of the handles came loose. I figured the warranty would help, so I emailed them, but I regret wasting my time. The replies were slow, and I kept getting passed around like nobody really wanted to deal with it.
They asked me for the same details more than once, then eventually told me it wasn’t covered anyway. By that point it felt like they were just dragging it out until I gave up. I wish I’d bought from somewhere else, because I definitely won’t be ordering from them again

"Shipping Was Ridiculously Slow"
I was excited to get my order at first, but wow, the shipping took forever. I kept checking for updates and it just dragged on way too long. The product might be fine, but after waiting that much? Yeah, no thanks, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I was a little disappointed because I found the same kitchen items cheaper on a few other sites. The shipping cost didn’t exactly make me feel any better about it either, so overall it just didn’t feel worth it for me.

My order arrived with one of the items dented, and the shipping box looked like it had been through a rough trip. I sent photos right away because I figured it would be a straightforward replacement or refund situation.
Instead, the replies were slow, and I kept getting what felt like policy excuses instead of actual help. I had to repeat the same details more than once, and there still wasn’t any clear solution. Super frustrating, and I don’t see myself ordering from kitchencollection.com again

"Shipping cost kind of killed it"
I got all the way to checkout and, uh, the shipping was almost as much as the little kitchen items I picked out. It just felt like too much and kind of like a rip-off. I would’ve ordered, but not with fees that high.

I ordered something a few weeks ago, the whole delivery experience was a mess. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, but there wasn’t any clear explanation or proper update, so I was just left guessing and waiting around. To me, that feels like a basic thing to get right, and this made the order way more stressful than it needed to be. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

I did get the refund in the end, but it took longer than it should have. I felt like I was being forced to just sit there and be patient, which was frustrating. Glad it was sorted eventually, but the wait wasn’t great.

I checked online and it said the item was in stock, so I made the trip for nothing. When I got there, they didn’t have it, and nobody really seemed to have a clear answer. stuff like this makes it hard to trust customer service when you need accurate info.

I was browsing Kitchen Collection for a few basic kitchen tools, the selection was really disappointing. A lot of the stuff I clicked on either wasn’t what I was looking for or just felt really limited compared to other sites. Even simple items didn’t have many choices. Maybe it’s fine for some people, but I really couldn’t find enough to make placing an order feel worth it.

"Checkout could be a lot easier"
I was trying to pick up a few kitchen items, but the payment options were more limited than I expected. There didn’t seem to be a simple wallet payment option, so checkout took a bit more effort than it really should. The site itself is fine, but if you’re planning to order, just be aware the payment setup isn’t the smoothest right now. Hopefully they add a few more options soon.

I was excited to save some money, but most of the discount codes didn’t work!! The sale prices also felt kind of misleading, so the whole checkout experience was frustrating.

"Better than I expected for the price"
I ordered a couple of kitchen tools from kitchencollection.com and felt relieved once I tried them out. I wasn’t sure what to expect for the price, but the pans feel sturdy and the handles don’t have that cheap, flimsy feel. One item did have a tiny scratch, but it wasn’t a big enough deal to send back. Overall, I’m happy with what I got and would definitely order again if I need more kitchen stuff.

"Packaging was disappointing"
I ordered a few kitchen items from kitchencollection.com, and to be fair, the actual products were mostly fine. I’m not usually that picky about shipping boxes, but the box they used seemed way too big for what was inside, and there really wasn’t enough padding to keep everything from moving around.
One of the items showed up with a small dent, and I could hear things rattling before I even opened it. Nothing was completely ruined, so I didn’t feel like making a huge fuss over it, but considering what I paid for shipping, I don’t think expecting better packaging is unreasonable. I’d probably avoid ordering anything fragile from them again.
"Should’ve trusted my gut about store pickup"
I placed an order for store pickup and got the email saying it was ready, so I figured it would be quick. But when I got there, no one could find it, and I ended up waiting around way longer than expected. My gut was telling me this was turning into a hassle, i should’ve listened. I left without my order, and customer service basically just told me to reorder. Not really worth the trouble.

I had to exchange a pan, and to be fair, support handled it well. The process was easy enough, but it took a few extra days, which was a little annoying because I just wanted it sorted already. Overall, it went smoothly, just not as fast as I’d hoped.

I was hoping to find more brands to choose from, but the selection felt limited to me. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “We’re always working on adding more options,” which was nice to hear, but for now it still didn’t have as much variety as I expected.
